We normally leave everyday on the tour with basic accommodations in groups of 4 people, so if you are not 4, it is not a problem, we can complete the group with other people. Groups of 5 people are less common because of the space inside the car.

For solo travelers, we need a period of 2 days to complete your group, for example we can book the tour for Dec 20th, if we can not complete the group, you will stay one more night in Tupiza and leave on 21st for sure, even if the group it is not complete yet.

For tour with hotels, shared tour is not always available, but private tour can leave everyday.

Notes:

Basic Accommodations are poor houses of the communities and do not have all services. In Dorm option you will share the room with the other integrants of your group, rooms normally have 4-5 beds. Baths are shared with all guests stayed in the same category. Shower is normally not available and if you have, it may have an extra cost that you can pay directly in the accommodation. Heating is not available and light normally works until 10pm.

Private rooms in Basic Accommodations are available for an extra cost of USD 100 for a twin or double room, for the 3 nights. The accommodations are still basic ones, but you will have your own room with private bath. Shower is available for this kind of rooms, but unfortunately, not always works.

Hotels are 3 star eco-hotels, they have all facilities that basic accommodations don't, but they are not LUXURY hotels. High prices are because of their locations. If you want to stay just 1 or 2 nights in hotels, it is possible, plese see 4 Day Trip Tupiza - Uyuni with Hotels.
